Atelier Bagatelle began with Anne and a simple love of making. From her studio in Geneva, she crochets, lines and finishes every piece by hand — a slow, considered way of working where nothing is rushed and no two are quite the same. Prussian blue is a deep, inky blue, and it gives the Erica bag a quietly rich look. Atelier Bagatelle quilts the fabric with a hooked stitch for a soft, textured surface. The bag measures about 29 × 7 × 19 cm, carries your daily essentials and has a 60 cm strap. Founder Anne makes each one by hand in Geneva in small numbers; if it's sold out, ask about a pre-order.

Styling tip: Carry it with a camel coat and grey trousers for the office, or with a cream knit and jeans at the weekend.
