Meet the Designer

Baltea was founded by Beatrice Lusso, who grew up in Geneva. Her belts come in two parts: a leather piece with a reversible buckle and a silk twilly you tie onto it, so one belt changes with every outfit. Designed in Switzerland, made in Italy.

Baltea started with silk bandeaux that founder Beatrice Lusso found in her mother's cupboards and turned into belts, and this twilly carries that idea on. The Montgolfière hot-air-balloon print in blue is 100% silk and ties onto a Baltea leather belt in more ways than one, so you can change the look of the same belt whenever you like.

Styling tip: Tie it onto a Baltea leather belt with a white shirt and wide trousers for work, or knot it around your neck under a camel coat.
