Meet the Designer

Lumière de Genève is a small family-and-friends business from Geneva. A young couple, Erika and Ouissem, lead it: Ouissem hand-pours every candle and creates the scents, Erika looks after the design, and family and friends chip in wherever they can.

A breath of mountain air for your living room: Souffle des Alpes is built around edelweiss, the little star of the Alps. Poured by hand in Geneva by Erika and Ouissem, the young couple behind Lumière de Genève.

  • Scent: edelweiss
  • Weight: 200 g
  • Burn time: approx. 35 hours
  • Composition: fragrance, soy wax, natural stones and flowers; one wooden wick
  • Vessel: reusable metal tin
  • Made: by hand in Geneva by Lumière de Genève
  • Good to know: as the wax is 100% plant-based, it may change colour after burning.
  • Care: remove the flowers and stones before lighting; on first use, burn for about 3 hours to avoid tunnelling; read the safety label underneath the candle.
